Registration:

The deadline for registration is 1st August 2019. Please note that the registration before the conference is mandatory and that we will not be able to receive conference fee payments on-site.

Registration fee for regular participants includes attendance of all the sessions, as well as conference excursion  and conference dinner . Registration fee for accompanying persons includes the conference excursion and the conference dinner.

In case of financial need, the organizers can reduce registration fees for a limited number of students and other participants. To apply for support, please contact the Organizing Committee.

Undergraduate and masters students, as well as retired members of condensed matter physics community who are not presenting at the conference, can register to attend the conference sessions free of charge.
